The Okotoks Oilers played game 62 of the season on Sunday afternoon and came out with a 2-2 tie with the Drumheller Dragons.
The first game star was Braley Torris who had 50 shots and saved the game on a number of different occasions throughout the game. The Oilers had plenty of shots also (41) and the game could have gone either way.
The OT periods were most exciting, as both teams went up and down the ice and caused both goaltenders to make some great saves. The second overtime saw both teams being awarded a penalty shot due to penalties, but failed to score. A great crowd of 1163 saw an entertaining game and are looking forward to the playoffs that start at home on Saturday, March1.
