Camrose goes down to defeat

After losing a heartbreaker in Camrose on Thursday night in Camrose 3-2, the Oilers will happily settle for second in the division.

A season high 1216 fans that showed up at the Okotoks Centennial Arena on Saturday night saw our beloved Oilers take down the Camrose Kodiaks 3-2 on a Chris Duszynski goal with just 38 seconds remaining in regulation time.
Spotting the Kodiaks a 2-0 lead, the Oilers kept pouring on the pressure and managed to tie the game on the PP from Dan Conacher early in the third. What looked like a game going into overtime, the crowd rose to their feet when Chris won the game on a feed from Kyle Schussler.

The Okotoks Oilers finish the regular season on Sunday afternoon against the Drumheller Dragons, then the real season starts on March 1st. Opponent still to be decided.
